on-going visual identity

In a real estate market full of cluttered and amateurish advertising, Les Carroll wanted a marketing presence that set him apart and reflected the Craftsman housing stock in the area.

The first four samples linked below provide an overview of the advertising created over the last year for various publications and special events. Format, size, and print quality varied widely, but the impression remained the same. In support of the advertising effort, the last two samples showcase a rough proposed logotype and Les’ business card (which is printed on a subtly textured natural stock).
